Friendship

As I roam this Earth
in search of my angelic family--
relations by soul identity and the compassion
taught by Christ--
I give thanks for the landmarks
of friendship
that are made and kept.
They are the constant baptism
of knowing Jesus
and keep that beacon of hope
burning as Spring sunshine,
delicate, yet passionate --
helping my survival struggle.
