Alejandra Vernon had an adventurous life. She lived in Ecuador, Argentina, and Jamaica during her childhood, and later worked in Italy. This influenced both the color palette and themes depicted. Her experience for decades in Mixed Media show the intent for a subject matter to not only observed with the physical eye, but how it might be seen in another realm of existence. Alejandra's art expresses the joy of a simple life. Her work has been in galleries in Boston, where she was a member of The Copley Society of Art. She loved living in Long Beach, California, where she was a member of the Long Beach Arts.
